By requesting a PAMB/NAMB Membership, you agree to the following:
I hereby apply for my PAMB/NAMB membership and pledge to abide by the requirements of the PAMB/NAMB Code of Ethics and the Best Business Practices guidelines (if you have not received a copy of these, please call NAMB).  I also pledge to support the PAMB/NAMB bylaws and the PAMB/NAMB board policies, as they are now and as they may be amended.

Please Note:  NAMB estimates that 22% of your dues are NOT deductible.  Federal Law prohibits the deduction from your taxes that portion of member dues allocated to federal lobbying activities.

By submitting this form electronically, you understand that you are applying for membership in PAMB & NAMB.  Your membership fee will cover the cost of membership in both organizations, unless otherwise noted.  NAMB wil receive your contact information and national fee within thirty days.  If you have any questions regarding your national membership, please call NAMB at (703) 610-9009.  If you have any questions about your PAMB membership, call PAMB at (888) 311-PAMB or check on the web site.  We would also appreciate your support of our Political Action Committee (PAC) by including an additional PERSONAL CHECK for $25.00 or more made payable to “PAMB PAC Foundation”.  Thank you.

A Mortgage Broker (Professional Membership) will be $195.00 for the year.  Each Loan Officer working for a Member Broker will be charged $95.00 for their membership.  A Corporate Member can be acquired at a cost of $2000.00.  This will allow for everyone in the organization to be a member of both PAMB and NAMB.
